Shipping policy

At Rihan Scents, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping experience. We ship daily from New Jersey, USA, ensuring your order is handled with care and delivered promptly. The delivery process is divided into two parts:

Processing Time
After you place an order, we verify, process, quality-check, and package it. All orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
This refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your destination. Typically, delivery takes 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or holidays.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at rihanscent@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your location. Rihan Scents is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items
Rihan Scents is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or us at rihanscent@gmail.com to file a claim. Save all packaging and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
